I'm really impressed with Lawn Doctor. My lawn was covered with black medic and dying in spots. It looks 100% better after one treatment in June. I also had a large patch of weeds covering some rocks and they killed them in one treatment. Yes! Today they checked my soil and advised me on watering. They also took care of weeds around my property. Zak and Colby did a great job today. Next year, I will have them tackle my jungle off weeds in the back yard. Their pricing is also good. I started my service later in the summer and they prorated for me. They text me the day befor they are coming which is very helpful. You can tell this company really cares about what they're doing. Lawn Doctor came highly recommended by my neighbors and friends. I always saw the vehicles around and I would check out the yards they serviced. I was not wanting to give into a company to perform some of my yard work. Like most homeowners, it is with great pride on having a well landscaped and maintained yard. So, I gave into having some help, giving my age and frustration with some of my lawn. I have only used this company for one year. My lawn has drastically improved and I will be using them again for an additional year. All the service technicians are friendly and informative. Lawn doctor has been helping us for years. In 2018 we sold our house that they had been treating for years. I do believe that that house sold as quick as it did because of the curb appeal. The landscaping was beautiful, and lawn doctor had our lawn on point. The knew place we bought had been neglected in the yard and landscaping department for allot of years. Needless to say we had our work cut for us. Chris got us set up on strict watering schedule last summer, and really hit this place hard. So far this year, I am amazed at how great this place is looking!! It would not be where it is right now without them. I have, and I would recommend them to anybody. ~ Mike R

We started with Lawn Doctor( Chris Williams) in June of 2015, and couldn't be more pleased. We had a great lawn service for years and he gave up his business to pursue a career in Ministry. We struggled for the next few years to find a service that would compare to what we had before, even doing it ourselves. After some lawn envy of our neighbor's lawn, we asked who their yard guy was and they said Lawn Doctor. The next time we saw him at their house we had him come and do ours. No more lawn envy from us, but people comment on our lawn all the time! Way to go Chris and crew!!! Five stars and I would do more if I could. I needed serious help with my lawn. Weeds were taking over. I used another company that promised great results but nothing changed and it was costly. After treating the lawn myself with no improvement I called The Lawn Doctor. I was impressed right away with their quick response and knowledge. The professionalism was refreshing from the front desk and scheduling right down to the employee that treats the lawn. They kept me updated with reminders and promptly answered any questions I had. I didn’t think I could afford a lawn service to control weeds and make my lawn green. I was lucky to find lawn doctor as their prices are affordable. They have always arrived on time and email me with a description of services provided as well as watering tips which were very helpful. I have a large patch of yard that used to be a garden area and was overrun with waist high weeds, I started using their services this year and had no weeds. They even left dog biscuits in the plastic bag they always leave on the doorknob with the invoice as I’m sure my dog was a constant visible audience:) Life long customer here!! ~ Jennifer G

I have lived in Spokane for over 20 years and in that time have tried almost all the major lawn care companies. I operate a Family Childcare out of my home so for obvious reasons it is important that I know when they are coming to spray my yard. The other companies I have used in the past thought it was a great inconvience to give me a call or text before coming to my home to treat the lawn. The other companies were always trying to sell me additional services some of them even calling me at home in the evening. Chris has met and exceded all my expectations. Not only do I get a text the night before they come, they are courteous, professional and my yard looks absolutely fantastic. Because of the children Chris always comes early in the morning which again is over and above. If you are looking for an excellent locally owned lawncare company look no further. We live in Texas and are caring for a home in Spokane! After some misuse of the lawn by renters and the heat wave, the yard was in shambles! I called Chris and immediately was given the attention and information needed. He was able to get up to the house quickly, assess what needed to be done and begin to work his magic. I believe in giving credit where credit is due so I just have to say what a true professional Chris at Lawn Doctor is. He is extremely thorough, and really goes the extra distance to please. Not only do I get my scheduled service in a timely and economical fashion, he takes the time to give written suggestions for my lawn care on my invoices and even reaches out to ensure I'm happy with my service via email. The Lawn Doctor company has been so wonderful to work from day 1! They were highly recommended from someone who has used them for years and I see why! They are so friendly, responsive, and do an amazing job of lawn care. They have customized fertilization of my lawn making it healthy and green! They also diagnosed a fungus in my grass I had no idea I had. On top of their lawn care, they are so easy to get ahold of and super friendly on the phone. They always send a detailed report after treatment with comments. One of their technicians in particular, Nathan Spellman, not only did an amazing job but went out of his way to comment on a patrol vehicle in my driveway. He was so appreciative of law enforcement and went out of his way to have a conversation with me and say thank you for our service. It’s nice to see a company that is not afraid to voice support of our local police. I cannot recommend this company enough and their amazing technician Nathan Spellman. I met with them at my residence for lawn fertilizing and weed control. We walked thru what I wanted done, and they did exactly what was asked. My neighbors all tell me how great my lawn looks. I was so happy with the service I had them do the same at two other properties we own. Those yards also look great. I also like that when they do the application they leave a detailed explanation of what they noticed, what they did to take care of it, and watering instructions if needed. Just what the doctor ordered. This season started out with the unwanted crop of dandelions stronger than ever. I didn't have the time to invest in getting rid of them and called around for quotes. Every place I called gave about the same price. The Lawn Doctor was the only business that took the time to truly explain what they would be doing and listened to my issues. Even before starting service with them I was sent a watering guide as well as other information. I started the service and they came out on one of the windiest days I think we've ever had. They let me know that they would come out after 7-10 days if the weeds didn't seem to die off. I missed that mark but about 3 weeks later I called and they did come out and reapplied the application. They stand by their word and will take care of you. The prescription I got from the Lawn Doctor is just what I needed. When you follow the prescription (watering guide and other directions) you will see results. It is a team effort and well worth it. I highly recommend The Lawn Doctor. ~ Jeff W

We have been with Lawn Doctor for about 10 years. They have consistently kept our lawns looking good. Over the years there have been problems with our lawn and they work diligently to fix them. They always give input of how the lawn looks, along with mowing and watering tips to keep the lawn healthy. after being gone for a year and no one taking care of the yard no water nothing we came home and it was baron land dirt and weeds I mowed and raked planting seeds nothing worked I gave chris a call and he gave me a great deal power seeding and fertilizer and weed killer for all summer and into fall it has been 2 months and our yard looks amazing and would recommend everyone to give these guys a try they are super nice and responsive to messages thanks again chris ~ Martin K

Nathan, with Lawn Doctor, came by our house this morning for another fertilizer application. He let me know the fertilizer mix and what he wanted to accomplish. Nathan is an excellent technician. He is not only knowledgeable but very friendly. We also talked about watering schedules as we move into warmer summer days. I’m impressed that he goes about his work as if it were his lawn! After deciding to let go and let someone else take the reins on my lawn (Begrudgingly) I couldn't be happier! My lawn looks amazing! Nothing I could have ever done. Green, lush and weed free! Thirty years in this home and we have used over a dozen lawn care companies. We have used the Lawn Doctor for several years now and our lawn has never been better. They always leave a detailed report card on what they did and what we need to do at the time regarding watering, height of blades and anything they noticed. We've used Lawn Doctor for years. They do a great job. Their service, product, results and communication are really first-rate. On those occasions when my lawn can use a little extra help, they let me know about it and offer solutions without high-pressure sales tactics. They've also given me info I need to maintain my lawn well, rather than keep me in the dark as the lawn slips into a crisis and then gouge me with extra fees so they could rescue it. ~ Dale H

The lawn doctor has taken care of our lawn for some time. Recently we had a problem with our sprinkler system. I had no idea who to contact. I called lawn doctor and spoke with April. Knowing my frustration, she told me she’d look into it and get back to me. Colby and Zak at Lawn Doctor are amazing! Colby took time to teach me why my lawn is struggling while also sharing several solutions. He also shared various options for implementing those solutions. Colby could not fertilize the back yard since the dog was out. He called to let me know, so I called him back and told him to ask my uncle to let the dog in. He took care of it and was able to fertilize the whole lawn. I appreciated him letting me know about the issue instead of just leaving and having me schedule another day.
